We are looking for an engaged Hotel Receptionist!

About the role: As a hotel receptionist, you are the face of our hotel. Your tasks include welcoming guests, checking them in and out, managing bookings, answering questions, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. The role is full-time and includes both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
We are looking for someone who is driven, self-sufficient, enjoys working with people, and has previous experience as a hotel receptionist.
You must be at least 20 years old, as it is a requirement according to the Alcohol Act (2010:1622), Chapter 8, Section 18 to be responsible for serving alcohol.
You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
A minimum of two years of experience in hotel reception is required, preferably with knowledge of one of the major hotel systems.
